ENJOY FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS FOR A LIMITED TIME.
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase - We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible! We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order excluding Saturday after 12pm and Sunday, due to post office closures.
All orders are shipped from San Diego, California - and packed in our sanitized facility. Since the beginning of COVID-19 we've invested in personal protective equipment and intensified cleaning methods.
While we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible and within 24 hours of purchase we cannot guarantee the estimated delivery date of your package. USPS may experience delays from time to time that are outside of our control. If you would like to receive your package as soon as possible please select one of the expedited shipping options at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
For all international orders we ship with USPS by default. If you would like to ship internationally with another shipping provider please select the specific carrier at check out. We use USPS instead of UPS due to UPS charging the receiver a customs brokerage fee priced at their discretion in addition to the import duty charge. We've seen this fee range from $50-80 USD. To avoid headaches and complications we ship with USPS internationally since they do not charge a customs brokerage fee. When we ship with USPS we also declare the goods at a lower value to help negate the import duty. If you'd like to use a different carrier you can also choose DHL on international orders. Similarly to USPS, DHL do not charge the customs brokerage fee.
