5 Things you should NEVER do with your sunglasses!
Tip #1 - Never lay your lenses face down.
Don't put your shades at risk! To protect your lenses and avoid scratches never lie them face down on any surface.
Keep the temples folded and don't let the lenses come into contact with any surfaces!
Tip #2 - Do not rest your sunglasses on top of your head.
While this is an easy habit to fall into this will eventually lead to your sunglasses stretching over time and cause them to fit irregularly. It is also very frustrating when they get stuck in your hair!!!
Tip #3 - Do not toss your shades into your bag or purse! Always use a case.
We've all done this before; tossed our sunglasses in our bag not thinking about the repercussions and random objects in our bags.
Your sunglasses will be happy down the track when you always keep them in a case or pouch.
Tip #4 - Don't use your clothes to clean your sunglasses.
Your clothes have rough fibres that can potentially scratch the lenses. Nothing will clean your sunglasses better than a microfiber cloth and lens cleaner.
Tip #5 - Sunglasses are a year-round accessory.
Polarized sunglasses protect your eyes from harmful UV rays year-round! They play an important role in your everyday look and there is evidence to suggest that sunglasses can help to alleviate headaches and migraines. If the weather is getting cooler and snow starts falling sunglasses will protect your eyes from the blinding glare of the snow!
