What is your return policy?
We offer no hassle 30 day returns. To start the return process simply send us an email with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
What do I need to do when I want to return my glasses?
To return your product, first send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and request. After confirmation from us, we will email you a return label.
What do I need to do when I want to exchange my glasses?
First send us an email at email@example.com and after confirmation from us you can send the glasses to the address provided. We will email you a pre-paid return mailing slip to tape to the box and drop at any USPS location. We ask that you keep the original shipping box. You are responsible for sending in the exchange and fees associated.
Do my sunglasses come with a warranty?
We offer a six month warranty for manufacturing product defects and workmanship. Our warranty does not cover misuse or accidental damage. To start a warranty claim please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures attached of the defect. We strive to maintain excellent customer service if you experience issues outside the six month warranty period please email us. Claims will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
